About the Immigrant Action Committee: This community-led coalition provides culturally-responsive and trauma-informed mental health care for youth in Minneapolis Public Schools. Their students and families are living in constant fear, unable to go to school or work, get groceries, or leave their house due to fear of being harassed or detained by ICE. Clinicians work alongside trusted community members, or cultural brokers, to reduce barriers to care for resilient families. All Salt Melts Ice proceeds goes directly to this coalition.
